This is the best salon in bathinda. Manpreet kaur provides best service and make the client feel comfortable. I am like permanent customer as i love the threading done by her, not just the threading everything she do in her profession is superb.

Salon's owner is pathetic at handling customers. They only want to make money. They will convince you to trust them for their guaranteed service but they don't stand by what they say. I got kerabond treatment done in mid January and within one week I got waves in the hair and they retreated. After which within 2 weeks again my hair started to lose the treatment. (Poor quality treatment). Due to lockdown I couldn't go to get them retreated. When I went to Salon again in April, they refused to fix my hair however, initially they gave me 1 year guarantee if anything goes wrong with my hair.. I visited again in June and still refused to fix.. within 5 months of kerabond, I visited 3 to 4 times (twice in Jan, April and July)with the same complain.. I have extreme hair fall within few weeks of the treatment with no shine in the hair. Moreover, Salon's owner did not treat me well Infront of other customers too. In short, this Salon isn't trust worthy as they don't treat their customers well with not good quality of service.

Yes I m a regular client of heaven hair n beauty makeup studio...I m very much satisfie from the heaven staff members service.i m also satisfied with the sapna mam's makeup...sapna mam's makeup work so natural...the big thing is heaven service charges less than other salon n service better than others salons
