Didn't like the service this time. Been to this place in the past, the service was good but it seems to have gotten worse.

Just had my first appointment here. I will keep coming back because, of friendly services provided by pratham and team. They follow instructions properly. Shoutout to hairdresser #sonu as well for nice suggestions.

They have done keratin treatment to my hair but instead of repairing my hair it just turn my hair more damaged and rough, as they have thought that i don't know anything about keratin and hairstyling..!! They had better staff before but now, it's just, they only fight for each other for attending a client and that they only care about their commission and not the satisfaction of client..!! I have given them 3 stars because o was their regular client, but I'm not sure that i will ever go there again or not..!! Btw as for owner Mr. Pratham, he surely knows how to act with clients but he should take a good look before selecting staff..!!

I am EXCEEDINGLY glad to have found 'IN-FINITI' . This place is a gem !!! Everyone who works here is so friendly and accommodating. They are the most gracious host. For all my Facials & massages, I trust Mrs. Komal .She is an amazing person inside and out. She is warm, charming, engaging and so easy to talk to. Its truly a great experience with her all around. For my hairs, I trust Mr. Rahul & Mr. Pratham , they are most skilled stylists , I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a great cut or colour. Overall, I am very overwhelmed with beautiful ambiance, welcoming hospitality and hardworking staff of salon !!! Favourite salon in the world !!!
