got a haircut from Smily luxury salon. very cooperating staff, Dharam bhaiya, who did the haircut , was very sweet.

The worst salon I have been to.. Had a hair colour and kera shine treatment on July 7, 2023 but the result was drastic. The colour did not come up on my hair so they had to colour it again. And no words to say about my keratin. When I had a hair wash on July 10, 2023 I told them that I was not satisfied with the result. However, they said mam it would be okay after some time. On July 14, 2023 when I went to complain about it, they said "mam hum itna hi kr skte hai keratin mein.. aap ispe nano-plastia treatment le lo to usse better ho jayenge aapke baal" I mean seriously.. on the top of that they said mam apne 2500 vala keratin liya tha agar 3000 vala lete to behtar hona tha. Arre sir aap ye btao k 2500 vala kya aapne free mei kiya tha jo uska result milna hi ni chahiye tha? In total they deceived me with Rs. 4700 for a hair colour and keratin.. Both of which were not satisfactory. They proved the saying " unchi dukaan feeke pakwan " (The picture I am posting is on July 11, 2023 just the next day of my head wash)

I am very grateful to have their services like make up and hairdo for my sister's engagement. They gave the same look to my sister as she wanted. Thank you Smily
