I visited this salon a few weeks ago for a haircut, and the experience was deeply disappointing. I provided a clear reference photo, but was instead persuaded into getting "baby bangs" -- a style completely different from what I asked for. The stylist assigned to me lacked basic professionalism and discipline, yanking my hair roughly throughout the process. The end result was so poorly executed that the salon owner had to intervene and attempt damage control. However, the real extent of the damage became clear only when I recently visited a different salon. The new stylist was visibly shocked by the state of my hair -- pointing out a noticeable, uneven gap between the layers and a completely off-angle section where the bangs were cut. It was a mess I hadn't even realized at the time. I have no personal issue with any staff member, but I believe it's important to be transparent for the sake of future clients. Dismissing customers by blaming their "face shape" or "weird" hair type is unprofessional. I genuinely hope you improve your services and treat your clients with the respect and care they deserve.
