I got my airbrush make up done for my chunni/jaggo ceremony. The make up was done very nicely. I paid only 3500. The make up artist was very professional. But they could improve their customer service.

Very bad service. I went there today for my reception booking and the girl at the reception did not attend us well.. we waited for a long time and she kept on saying 1 min for a long time again and again.. Moreover, when i asked about the details of makeup she did not have any interest in giving me the deets.. Eventually we left the parlour without any booking. U r known to be one of the best in town.. but there are many others who have good customer service which is the first impression for a customer.. I m getting married in hoshiarpur and specially came to your parlour from jalandhar But sorry to say the service is PATHETIC

Bad customer service...I went for gel polish and she charged 500rs. My gel polish start peeling off next day..I asked for money back..but they denied to gave my money back .they ripped off the customer. They don't have any knowledge about nails. Girls behavior was so rude...never gonna back to this place.

Very bad customer service.Staff is absolutely rude and has no knowlege of make up and personal hygiene.I have never ever experience that bad n rude customer service ever I am not ever going back to this place.they have ruined my mood ,make up ,and my function night.I wish google had negative scoring ,i donot wanna even give them one star
