Best experience have ever been. A girl Tammana was did my facial. She is very talented and well experienced girl. She give her 100 percent. In whole process she did great job but in last 20 mintues she was absent. Need to be stay there with client for complete 1 hour. Overall very happy to visit osis.

Wonderful experience n dam convincing

I don't even feel like giving one star but I won't be able to write here otherwise. My skin was burnt during waxing and my eyebrow was left without hair in areas where hair should be left. The staff made me look like a fool for the wedding functions starting in close family just the day after. The staff is unprofessional and customer handling is poor. Money comes before customer satisfaction. I contacted owners via sms 2 days ago - still there is no response. Stay away from this place.

There staff is good but they forced us to much to do this or that ... I went their for body wax! Wax was super super hot but the girl trying her best but still it almost burned some of my skin ! My brother went there for O3 clean up he keep saying that I want O3 clean up even I told them but they end up by doing hydra clean up without even asking and obviously they charged me for that ... better to do what your customers wants rather then doing things according to your choice for more money

The service is very good and sunil sir is to good in his job. He explained me very nicely. Sunil sir way of talking with clients is to nice and service is awesome and also Priya. Tamanna is treated very sweetly. She's a deal very nicely . Lastly i m so satisfied with services
