I had the most amazing experience at Palak beauty studio from the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed by the staff. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The stylist listened to what I wanted and gave me a hair spa accordingly.For my facial and pedicure, the technician used high-quality products and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. The staff is friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. I'll be back for sure!

Best experience staff is very nice. Kuljit the makeup artist is the best and hair styler is a doing good job. Recaption girl prachi she's talk very nice and very nice . All over experience great. Thank you everyone.

They charged way too much, and it was extremely expensive. They don't even have experienced makeup artists, and they don't use the products they mention. Expensive makeup products are different from others, but the makeup they did looked terrible in daylight. They only had two makeup artists who considered themselves experts and two hairstylists, one of whom constantly had to ask the other for advice and was clearly undertrained. The person doing the bridal makeup wasn't even paying attention to the bride and kept running off to help others. I would never recommend Palak Studio to anyone. They completed my bridal makeup within 15 minutes it was very joking. If you don't want to look ridiculous, don't waste your money on them. They don't deserve it.

Everyone was absolutely excellent and extremely helpful, specifically Sharan & Gagan. They made us look and feel like our best selves. 10000000% recommend getting your hair and makeup done here--you won't regret it!

I have got my pre work, engagement and bridal services done from here... The best staff i have ever seen. Kuljeet mam hands down is the best makeup artist.. Gurdeep mam did my pre bridal services.. she made me feel sooo comfortable.. Baljinder Sir and Sharan Sir did amazing work doing my hair.. I couldn't ask for more... my mom and relatives also got ready from here and Mani Sir did such a good job doing their makeup.. Everyone is very professional and hard working.. Loved my experience here....

I am deeply upset with the way my sister was treated at Palak Bridal Salon. She had paid an advance of 5000 for a pre-bridal package, but due to unforeseen changes in her wedding plans--her venue moving to another city--she only needed a facial at the salon. She called to inform them about the situation and requested to modify her service accordingly. Instead of being understanding or accommodating, both Dikhsha and Kuljeet were extremely rude and dismissive. They didn't even try to help her with a solution. Instead, they said, "Do what you want, I don't care," and "Come here with anyone, I don't care." To be treated with such indifference and disrespect was completely uncalled for, especially when she had already made a payment in advance. My sister was already under a lot of stress with all the wedding changes, and the last thing she needed was such an unprofessional attitude. This experience made what should have been a special time even more frustrating. It's incredibly disappointing to see a business so blatantly disregard customer concerns. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone. There are so many other places that are not only professional but also considerate and willing to work with clients in a respectful way. Avoid Palak Bridal Salon at all costs!

I recently had pre bridal service at the Hoshiarpur branch with Gurdeep and Konika and Sunita, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, Gurdeep and Diksha ensured I was completely comfortable, offering a cozy space to sit and Sonia consistently checking if I needed food or drinks. The level of care and attention to detail was outstanding, making me feel truly valued as a client. The service itself was impeccable, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
