I recently tried a HydraFacial at this salon, hoping for the promised glowing and rejuvenated skin. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Despite the treatment being marketed as a way to deeply cleanse, hydrate, and improve my skin's texture, I saw little to no difference afterward. The staff was polite and friendly, but the results simply didn't match what was promised. I was expecting a noticeable improvement in my skin's appearance, yet it felt like any standard facial. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this service if you're looking for transformative results."

Good place for hair services but not professional in nails or medi/pedi. Lady who did my nails was in hurry to go somewhere then she got instructions to do my nails from her manager. Nail technician and the lady who does eyebrows started pushing me to go for press nails as it will take less time. Eyebrow lady had nothing to do with my service but still she was interfering in conversation. Told me that I will have to sit here quietly for 3 hour to get acrylic nails done. I am not new to this service and get my nails done quite often. I do know that it never takes 3 hours even if I get nail art done. Over all there is no professionalism in services which they provide. Nails started to come off after 4 days and I paid rs 3000 for this. Pedicure lady literally cut my ingrown nail and when I asked her to stop she blamed me for having short nails. She was buffing it with sharp buffer and it was hurting my skin. Manicure was total waste of money too as there is no proper manicure table. They would ask you to lift your arm for the whole time when they doing hand mask or massage which is very uncomfortable. For hair they do have experienced staff but sometime they ask new staff to fo Things that they have no knowledge about equipments which claims that they never used those equipments before. Finding this salon pretty expensive as quality of services is not that great.

Service was good....but lack of clearness

This place is priced higher than the many of the good salons of Ludhiana and Chandigarh, the results are worse than a road side barber. Only Ambiance is not everything, I took my daughter there and after this haircut I had to take her to another salon for a solution. This is a hopeless place, Caution!!

Not recommended i have taken spa from there . They refused to use hair dryer by telling it will cause harm to your hair . Paying money not worth . Just waste of time a money .

Best service in this saloon ... Must go and visit guys.. so many offers they provide...
