My haircut was done exactly how I wanted, and the beard trim was perfect--sharp, clean, and well-shaped. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes sure you're comfortable throughout the service. While the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice, I was extremely disappointed with the overall quality of service. I had booked an appointment specifically for a hair wash and dry, but unfortunately, the treatment I received fell far below expectations. First off, the hair wash was rushed and felt careless. The stylist didn't seem to take the time to thoroughly cleanse my scalp or ensure that my hair was properly cared for. Once it was time to dry my hair, things only got worse. My hair was left damp and unevenly dried, which made it look frizzy and flat. For the price I paid, I expected a more professional and complete service. It's frustrating because I've had great experiences at other salons, and I was hoping for the same here. I don't mind paying for quality, but I felt like I didn't get my money's worth. Unless this issue is addressed, I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this place to anyone looking for a proper hair drying service."
