They don't waste your time giving unnecessary advices which most of the salons give just to sell their services. I got the most genuine advice on how to care for my hair in its natural form. Definitely not the best salon in Jalandhar.. i wasn't satisfied with their services and they knew it ,still they treat me in a really rude way (owner specially). You can't do this to your customers.. he don't even listen to me like i hardly exist in front of him. Truly unprofessional manners.

Worst experience ever .I got smoothing n colouring from them..after 2 month my hair is damaged n again tangles in the hairs..it was 1 year guarantee for smooth hairs..but nothing works .poor service..will never come to this saloon

Worst experience ever. Made me wait like 40 plus minutes for a haircut. Still I came with no hair cut. Unprofessional staff, zero customer service skills. I think they are training and hiring anyone and everyone. Bigggg Zero to tanveer as in front of me he took an uncle whom he who was just waiting for 5 minutes for his haircut. tanveer you are a zero. Parlour services was very satisfying and affordable

Staff here is not professional , they just came for once to greet that's it after that they will ghost away, i waited for 1 hour just for haircut I would think 2 time before coming here next time Hope they will improve this in future
