Fusion The Luxury Salon

I recently had a disastrous experience at this salon that turned what should have been a pampering bridal treatment into a nightmare. I went in expecting a high-quality service for my hair and nails, but instead, I was subjected to substandard products and careless service. I had my hair coloured, but the color was very poor quality. After the treatment, I started losing lots of hair every time I washed it. The hair color also dripped onto my face, causing a bad skin reaction. When I visited a doctor, I was told that the low-quality hair color was the cause. This happened just after my wedding, a time when I expected to look radiant and flawless. Instead, I was left with a compromised look and a lot of distress. For my nails, I chose acrylic extensions and nail polish for my feet because I expected them to last a long time. However, the acrylic came off in just one week, and one of my thumbnails even broke, even though I wasn't doing any heavy work. The nail polish on my feet started peeling off the very next day. In the past, I have had extensions done from *other salons* that usually last 4-5 weeks on my hands and 3 months on my feet. I paid 3000 for my nails, 5000 for my hair color and 7000-8000 for my pre bridal services , and I regret it deeply. Now, I have to go to another salon to fix all the damage. I wish I had chosen a better salon from the start.

One of my friend got silk treatment from here. I liked so much the work and i ask her. Therefore, she recommended me the fusion the luxury salon. I went here for hair treatment, they recommended me the best treatment as per my hair condition. I really like service which they provide me. Staff is so helpful and polite. I will highly recommend to people who want a good result with best services. I am so grateful about the service which i got from the fusion the luxury salon.

I came to salon with at family friend reference and took my acrylic nails and makeup, hair color and proottiin therapy on my brother's wedding here and believe me I felt very familiar atmosphere and yes subbaaa of owner as well as staff is very cooperative, Sir and mam is very knowledgeable I am very happy to choose best salon for my services Must visit guys

I don't recommend this place, haircut is Rs 200 but its not worth it, the water taps does not work always , haircut without headwash, completely opposite haircut from what I asked for , tons of powder and wax which damage the hair.To be honest they are only good in doing fade not in cutting actual hair. If u want only fade and can afford fade of Rs 200 only then go here. And if the owner is reading this then it's a friendly advice to use a heat protector before hair dryer and kindly don't use the hair dryer extremely near to the roots it literally fries the hair and makes it extremely rough. So I would say that u should decrease the price of haircut or pay more attention to what customer wants don't just focus on styling the hair in the way the customer said . Overall I am not satisfied with their service
