I've had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Jassi at Hair Masters Salon, and he is truly exceptional. His skill, attention to detail, and understanding of client preferences left me absolutely satisfied. Whether it's a haircut, color, or styling, Jassi delivers with precision and professionalism. Krishna is also incredibly talented and fun-filled. However, management could definitely improve the scheduling system. Clients often end up waiting far longer than expected. A more organized approach to bookings and time management would really enhance the overall experience and better reflect the high quality of service provided by the stylists specially when it comes manicured/ pedicures. I don't do recommend getting these two services from this place.

Amazing experience. Found this place on TikTok and gave it a try. Very clean and service was amazing. God a blow dry and trim, and was great. I strongly recommend the scalp treatment and massage. Also got a facial done, amazing treatment and service. Was extremely professional and relaxing. The most important thing I was looking for was cleanliness of the salon and this place was the best place I found in Jalandhar.

I was looking for a complete change of colour and he absolutely delivered! I appreciated that he offered helpful tips for maintaining my hair at home. The service was prompt, and the results were exactly what I was hoping for - my hair looks fantastic! The quality of the service provided by Jassi and his team was incredible! My haircut/color/style looks fantastic and I've gotten so many compliments since. The attention to detail, professionalism, and warm, friendly atmosphere made the whole appointment enjoyable. I got my hair color and hair botox done from here. Ajit catered my needs so well and he did such a great job in making my damaged hair come to life! I would definitely recommend this place and Ajit for sure. He listens and makes sure that you come out the salon happy and satisfied Would definitely come back for more hair needs.

Had a great pedicure at Hair Palace Luxury Salon by **Gagan**. He was professional, gentle, and paid great attention to detail. The salon was clean, relaxing, and the service left my feet feeling super soft and refreshed. Highly recommend!

I visited there and asking to cut my hairs with beard, They said to charge 800/- with premium service without any discount. I show my old hair style to their stylish, he told me, no worries he'll cut the same.. After half an hour, their stylish told me, he's done. My hairs looks like worst in my life, my hair style is not even 10% same as i shown my picture before the cutting. Then their stylish try to convince me, it looks very nice on your face, etc etc, i said No, i need same, then he called to another stylish. He wash my hairs again, but he also just the same. Then they call their senior maybe, he was busy with another client, they i style my hairs, just to look atleast better then this cheap luxury saloon. And i complaint on the counter, i wasn't expecting my money back but they don't even told me sorry once. Very cheap kind of Luxury. Guys, Do you know what Luxury is? Come to Chandigarh i'll show you, what Luxury called for, what Luxury means for, what Luxury stands for.

Met with gagan for a pedicure, he was very good with his services. Understood what I was looking for and knew what he was doing. Will definitely recommend him for your next pedicure.
