I had a terrible experience at Headmasters Salon and would not recommend it to anyone looking for quality hair treatments. I went to the salon in January last. Raj was the one who did my treatments, which included Keratin, smoothening, Kedrabond, global hair color, and highlights--all in a single day. Normally, such treatments require at least 2-3 visits, but they rushed everything, which I now realize was a huge mistake. Initially, they recommended aftercare products and assured me that my hair would remain smooth, shiny, and healthy. I followed all their instructions exactly as they told me, yet within a few days, my hair became frizzy, dry, dull, and wavy, which should never happen after professional treatments. Instead of improving my hair, they completely damaged it. When I went back to the salon to discuss my concerns, I spoke to Raj again, and he was extremely unprofessional. Instead of addressing my issues, he ignored my concerns, made excuses, and even blamed me for not taking care of my hair properly--even though I did everything they recommended! It was clear that they were not willing to take responsibility for their poor service. I regret choosing this salon, and I would never return. If you care about your hair, stay away from this place!

They were very attentive, and really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Love the vibe at Headmasters! They specialize in modern cuts.and traditional cuts etc. I have been coming to this place for last 2 years. Whenever I come to India from USA. My barber RAHUL is a true artist. He takes his time and explains his process every step of the way. Also Love the high-quality hair products they use They have a wide selection for all hair types, and the barbers can explain you. And they serve you coffee with cookies or soft drinks etc. and this place is so clean. And didn't have to wait so long.
