I got my hairstyle done four times for different events. Gagan and Rinku did a great job. All the hairstyles were done very neatly and well styled. I really appreciate the efforts done by Gagan and Rinku to make me feel comfortable at the salon. I highly recommend them.

I would like to thanks Ritik sir and Rinku sir they made my wedding day extra special my bridal makeup has been done by a very nice person Mr.Ritik and hair done by Mr.Rinku. Moreover, they both were very polite. They have done my two different look first one look is white wedding look and second one is totally Indian traditional look and both the looks were outstanding each and everyone loved my makeup , everyone loved the lip shades which they have used on me according to my dress. A very big thanks to both of you guys you both have done a great job. Thank you so much you guys made my day extra memorablewill definitely see you again.

**Trust me, it's all filters and false hype.** I paid **45K for their so-called "signature look"**, and it was a total disaster. My face was buried under 800 layers of cakey makeup that made me look at least 10 years older. The second I cried during my doli, the makeup under my eyes vanished--leaving me looking like a horror movie ghost in my own wedding video. As if that wasn't enough, the **hairdo was a complete joke**. It had zero volume, looked flat and rushed, and started falling apart before the event even began. Pins were poking into my scalp, and they kept adjusting it like they had no clue what they were doing. Oh, and even after spending 45K, they still **charged extra for lashes and basic hair accessories**--like, seriously? On top of it all, the staff acted irritated and unprofessional. Ask them to fix something? They get snappy and defensive instead of actually helping. Save your money and your sanity--this place is all talk and Instagram filters.

My bridal make up was booked on Jan 01 and was brilliantly done by RITIK. I was given an excellent service. Ritik did an amazing job with my bridal make up. I was really happy with my overall bridal look. This guy really made me look my best on my best day. Huge thanks to him.

I got ready for my brother's engagement and wedding , and I absolutely loved the make up and hair do for both the events. Ayesha did an amazing work with Makeup. Both of the looks complimented my outfit and my makeup didn't budge for both the nights. Rinku did my hair and I absolutely loved it. I showed a picture for the bun and he made sure it came out exactly how I wanted it . I got so many compliments for both days and everyone loved it . Thank you so much.

I got my makeup done by Jasmine. She has been patient with me while doing makeup. She did ask me after every step whether makeup was going well or not. I showed her an eye makeup sample and she did exactly same for me. I asked for a subtle and non cakey makeup as per my skin and she did her best to make it flawless. I really appreciate your work Jasmine. Also my hair styling was good, however I am not sure what was his name but he is a good hair stylist as I got the same work done as shown in a picture. One star I have deducted is for my pictures which they took after I got ready.. but haven't received till date. So will not be getting my shoot done next time.

I want to start this review by saying that the Jalandhar branch doesn't take criticism well, and their service is just below average. If you're looking for a quality experience and genuine makeup artists, there are plenty of talented MUAs out there in Jalandhar--shout out to charmfacebylavnika and jazzbedi_makeovers! UPSELLING BASICS They'll upsell and overcharge you for hair accessories, eyelashes, and even something as basic as fresh flowers. From personal experience, the eyelashes that are included are not of good quality, so you'll probably have to upgrade to their overpriced options. Bring your own if you can! MESSED UP MY HAIRDO I recently got my makeup done at Nehaz Studio (Jalandhar branch), and I have to say, I had a terrible experience. On the first day, for a jago event, the makeup was on point--huge shoutout to Hrithik for that! However, the hairdo was a disaster, thanks to Robin. The hair artist didn't do a proper job; it was a braid with hair extensions and a pranda, and by the time I got home, my hair extension was in my hand! I had to redo the whole braid myself. I shared my experience with the manager and the hair artist, but neither of them showed any remorse or offered an apology. They did nothing about it. UNHYGIENIC PLACE TO GET READY Now, for the second day, things got even worse. As soon as I walked into the Jalandhar branch, it smelled terrible, and I even spotted a cockroach! Doesn't look like they clean their makeup brush and sponge regularly. The makeup and hair artists seemed to have just rolled out of bed at 5 AM, brushing their teeth in front of us while we waited. They were wearing the same clothes from the day before, and the bad breath and body odor were really off-putting. Despite all this, Hrithik did a great job with my makeup again, so I appreciate that. But overall, the experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone.
