NIIB Salon and Lounge (New Image International Beauty Salon and lounge)

Very disappointing experience! I went to this salon for a hair treatment and spent a lot of money hoping for good results. I had clearly shared the hair color I wanted, but the stylist never informed me that he wouldn't be able to achieve it. Instead, he went ahead with the treatment and gave me something completely different. It's been less than 3 months and my hair looks exactly the same as before -- no visible results at all! I feel like I was misled and taken advantage of. This is not how you treat a customer, especially when they are trusting you with such an expensive service. Not recommended at all!

I'm beyond disappointed and heartbroken. I booked this salon for my bridal makeup and paid in advance for FULL HD makeup, trusting them with one of the most important days of my life. But instead of delivering what was promised, they used cheap, low-quality products and didn't even bother to ask for my preferences. The makeup started melting off in the middle of my wedding like paint - it was embarrassing and completely ruined how I looked and felt on my special day. I had dreamed of looking perfect as a bride, but they turned that into a nightmare. I trusted them and they took full advantage of it. If you care about your special day, STAY AWAY from this salon. They don't deserve anyone's trust or business.
