My first visit to the salon and was amazed by their services. The whole staff is exceptionally trained and polite. All the services I took were top notch and my experience was great. I got my hair cut and the length was exactly how I wanted plus the layers were well formed. I must mention that Jasmine, who provided facial, pedicure and other services was very considerate and has expertise in her work. I faced no issue at all and would love to recommend the place.

Very poor service! Got gel nail paint from there, it removed in 2 days! She didn't put top coat!

First things first, I booked an appointment with Amjad 1 week ahead and my appointment was booked by Rupinder. The day I had to come, they canceled on me 1 hour before the scheduled time saying we weren't aware of the appointment. Apparently, Rupinder hadn't informed Amjad about the appointment. Super unprofessional! Anyway, I booked it again for next day and went for highlights. The same lady(Rupinder) at the reception was super rude and had no courtesy to speak. They were asking me to pay 8300 for highlights which is an obnoxious price for the length and density of my hair. Even big brands like Femina and Hairmasters don't charge this much. on top of it, Rupinder had no customer service skills and made my experience super sour. Also, their work quality has deteriorated to another level now! It's better to visit some other salon where there's quality of work and people have basic decency. Never coming back here again.

Good unisex salon providing decent services, while maintaining good levels of hygiene. The environment here was quiet relaxing. Staff was very polite, every service was amazing scalp advance treatment was done on my hairs and it was very good. Beauty services are also amazing nd relaxing. Best saloon for hair services. I suggest to visit this saloon for good hair & beauty services.

A wonderful experience at Salon11 GTB Nagar.I am visiting this place from the last 6 yrs. And can't think of going anywhere else for the services they provide.Thanks Arif and Ranvir
