Then how your sales men dare to offer male salon services and collect money for that. And if you don't offer both services, then isn't it your responsibility to refund for the same. That's a shame to call your self a respected shop as your salesmen introduced you are.

Doing fraud and misleading while selling their yearly subscription. Assuring male hair service while selling subscriptions and denying afterwards. Very disappointed and haven't returned the subscription fee collected from misleading assurance of male services.
