Very unprofessional! We confirmed time with them just a day before the event, yet they didn't show up in time. Apparently, they were really tired from an event a day earlier, that they had forgotten to put their phone back on ringer. It was my brother's wedding, so we somehow managed to find another MUA, however, this could ruin someone's special day. I absolutely not recommend them.

Highly unprofessional..staff is not trained at all for how to deal with the customer.... hygiene is also not maintained..not a good service .they charge more and the service is pathetic i would not recommend anyone to go there .you might get much more good service in much cheaper rates.

My visit was amazing, really enjoyed the experience. Staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Danish.
