I visited Shaaz after a long time with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I had booked an appointment for a manicure and pedicure, but when I arrived, the person assigned to me was already busy. When the pedicure started, I was informed that the pedicure chair was not working -- something that should have been communicated beforehand. The service felt rushed, as the person had to attend to another client. The manicure was done in a hurry as well, and midway, the staff member left to serve someone else without informing me. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. I felt that my time and money were wasted.

Visited Jalandhar after 4 years and was very impressed by their service. I visited multiple times while my stay in Jalandhar. The guy who gave me a head massage and blow-dried my hair.. Did an amazing job and with excellent chit-chat and tricks to get a better texture of my hair. The waxing and threading lady was very good with her work. Owner and Stylists are excellent. Very professional and caring for their customers.The atmosphere was brilliant and the actual experience was great. The extra mile to be sure you are completely satisfied. Well-trained and courteous. They got great customer service and are happy to serve walk-ins as well. My husband got his services from Rinku ..he was so impressed with him. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone. A must try salon

The lady at the front... extremely arrogant and rude as if she owns the place. Rest of the staff was amazing. The receptionist needs to learn customer service if she is at front desk. She doesn't know how to treat a client. Shahz salon was amazing but won't recommend it to anyone anymore.

Staff is not at all professional. Went for a haircut but had to leave early so I talked to them that I'll come in 2 days for the blow dry, they agreed.Then when I did, they told me that they have the policy that blow dry is only given that day. They even had the audacity to say " mam aap padhe likhe ho(literate) you should have taken it in writing". No manners or sense of professionaism.

I like the work. I like the makeup done by sana. she has magic in her hands. I got ready for my family function and got lots of compliments from everyone. Highly recommend her. ....kudos

Well maintained , hygienic and great hospitality. Soft spoken staff. Mr. Karan mujral the owner of the saloon takes care of the entire show personally and his efforts are well seen in the entire property and it's working. Mr. Rinku male hairstylist is best at his work and gives you a perfect cut according to your face cut and hair volume. Good saloon and surely wont disappoint you.

My family got service, hair spa and hair cut very reasonable price. Even it's located in model town in jalandhar still cheap.
