Absolute worst customer service! As a customer, you're just paying for the nice interior and that's it. They need to hire professionals. I asked for a beard fade and the guy messed it up so badly! The so called manager named Lovely needs to be fired right away! He doesnt know how to interact with the customers. He is disrespectful and sarcastic. The owner needs to do something about this or their staff will run the salon into the ground!

It was my first time And the guy gave his best service was outstanding for me But they messed up my sisters nails didn't get what she asked for

This was the WORST hair cut experience EVER! The idiot cutting my hair didn't even know what a textured cut meant. I showed him two different reels of exactly what I wanted, but he kept insisting on doing it his way. All I needed was to restore the style I already had, but he completely RUINED my hair. On top of that, he was more focused on pushing beard oil and trimmers on me, trying to sell them personally without the salon owners knowing. He wouldn't stop pushing some treatment they offered. Their sole goal is to make money, not to give the client what they want. MEN, if you value your hair, NEVER VISIT THIS SALON!. I'm glad that that I didn't lose my temper while exiting the salon

To tell you the truth they did a great job on my mom's haircut only, but during clean up that I was going through their beautian used a dirty towel and kept telling things like I have dark spots on my face and that i should get my eyebrows done and for some reason since I have short hair they asked me thrice from where do I belong from. So for my mom since she is of fair complexion and with long hair these questions were not directed to her. They were even surprised over this fact that my mother and i are related.

The place was nice but the nail artist was not professional at all she teared my cuticles and my finger started bleeding and the told price was also changed when I got the service . very unprofessional and time consuming. Very immature artist took 3 hours and did a horrible job of doing nail acrylic.

I was there with my brother in law for full body grooming package. We were told to sit in waiting areA by the front desk. Later a lady(Owner named Komal) came and asked us to move to different place in anger. She was saying "app uth ke waha jao". For the second i was shocked that what she is saying me to do. She also has a bad reputation among staff. Being an owner for salon, her communication skills are very poor.

They have created loot, they only increase the price by 4 times by saying less money, there is no facility, there is no way to talk and tell...... These reviews are also put by themselves which are fake....!

They deserve zero star but unfortunately there in no option of zero rating so giving them 1. The worst salon i ever visit and the people are unprofessional. Unexperienced staff is practicing on the clients which is worse.
