I had a mixed experience at this place. While the cleanliness was good, I faced issues with some of the services. The staff member I interacted with quoted a different price than what was listed, and when I asked for clarification, she told me that prices had gone up. However, when I asked to see the updated price list, it didn't match what she had said, and it wasn't even an updated list. I felt that the communication was misleading. Additionally, the reception area felt uncomfortable. It resembled more of a living room, and as soon as I walked in, I felt like everyone was staring at me. Typically, a reception should have just one or two staff members greeting guests, but here, it felt awkward with everyone watching. Overall, while the services might be decent, I think the atmosphere and lack of clear communication need improvement.

The current staff behaviour is really rude and they are ill mannered. Not going to suggest this place to anyone.

I got two services from this salon. That was clean up and hair spa. Clean up was done by Miss Kamal and it was an amazing experience for me the way of massaging was wonderful..Hair spa was done by Mr. Shiva he is also a excellent professional and service was astounding. Wonderful experience of mine. Keep it up guys

It was such a great experience. Staff is really great nd all have very nice behavior. Must visit. I took kera smooth treatment there and much satisfied.

It was really a good experience when I visited to your saloon on 5 nov .I don't know the name of that mam who treat me but she is very cooperative I got a service that was facial and she is really excellent in her experience.

Such an amazing experience. Totally worth it. Staff is immensely cooperative and understanding especially kawal mam. Will surely visit again.
