We were there yesterday with 3 adults and one kid just 9 years. We all asked for hair spa a boy working there had another level of attitude, he was not attentive to his work at all, talking all time with colleagues, disturbing them as well, even for steam he started steam machine and leave it away from me, somebody told him after15 minutes and then I got steam for just 5-7 minutes. He was doing one thing and leaving it for forever to wait. Also, he did comb my hair like he wanted to remove all my hairs, it was extremely painful. Not just this even massage doesn't look like spa.. somebody recommend them otherwise I will never go to such place. Then for the kid, there was no steam process, no massage, but price was regular as for adults. As compared to services, prices were too high, 1000 for each single service per person. Everybody else was nice but I wasn't convinced with services at all.

I visited 99 salon yesterday , it was the worst experience, the reception girl was so rude and i think she was sleepy, i wanted to do my nail extensions and she was saying it will take 3-4 hours. OMG i just want to do my nails,, don't want to change my hands. Never recommended

I got nails done and the nail was very thick and takes long asl and there's lil dust things in the nail that i CANT remove and is a lil expensive but whatver. and the french tips are crooked and uneven.

First of all they are overpricey they charged 550 for headwash and blowdry secondly I asked them for out curls and they couldn't do that too they damaged my hair used alot of mouse and fixing spray but the hairdo doesn't stay even for 15 minutes their salon is always empty now I understood why . I do not recommend anyone to go their for beauty or hair service , I don't know about their makeup .

Truth be told, most of the student of 99 academy review that concern the content are rather positive. It seems that the majority of students love the coursses available on 99 academy, as well as the information they provide and everything in between.

I had the opportunity to prepare for a wedding at this salon, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The results were not in line with my expectations; I left feeling like my appearance had been transformed into something that didn't reflect my vision. Equally disheartening was the behavior of the staff, which didn't meet the professional and courteous standards one would anticipate in such settings. What compounded my disappointment was the relatively high cost of the service, especially when compared to the quality that was delivered. Given the salon's reputation and usual level of service, the experience fell short of the mark. This misalignment between expectation and reality left me feeling both frustrated and disheartened. It's my hope that sharing this experience will provide valuable feedback to both the salon and potential clients. While every situation can have its challenges, constructive feedback can often lead to improvements and better experiences in the future.

Had my make-up from them . They are really unprofessionals. Their salon closing timing is at 6.30 and they were treating us like go we have to shut down , it was a night function so we were expecting to leave at 8 . Hair artist and other people were like backbitching about owner or even they dont ask about a glass of water . Not recommended.
