Lakme Salon

This is an amazing salon. I went here for party makeup twice along and had an amazing experience here. The staff is really patient around everything. And also they were always ready to listen to our suggestions as well. Just one thing i felt is they could have one more person for hairdo.

Got manicure , pedicure and nails done few days ago.Terrible service. injured my toes and fingers while doing treatment. Nails were done so poorly. Finishing was not proper and even were not properly fixed. My nails got off just in two days. Although staff is okie but not at all professional.Staff needs to be trained for what they are doing. Overall worst experience..

Went there for hair cut. Inderjit Singh gave me the best haircut of my choice, he is very cooperative and gives best advices for the hair care.... I would recommend everyone to avail his services over Lakme salon, Kapurthala

I really like their service, staff members are really helpful in terms of suggestions and treatment needed. My overall experience with Sidhant and Ritika was good they not only gave me right advice about hair treatment but also enhance my overall look. thanks and will visit again.

This is not lakme salon anymore, new name is skin and Glow unisex Salon.I had done mine and my Sister in law's Bridal makeup there when it was lakme and we really liked the services but when i recently visited there for a party makeup, they said that there partnership with lakme is over now but staff is same so we agreed to take services as we were really happy with their previous services. But this time they did the worst make up....It was my son's first birthday celebration and they ruined the all pics of Mine and my Sister in law. My sister in law had to wash their face in the middle of Function. And when we did the complaint about this, the parlour owner was not ready to accept their mistake. She said that sometimes this happens, it is not big deal. They gave the silly reasons for just not accepting their mistakes.This is very unprofessional behaviour, So please if anybody is planning to go there because of previous experience please don't go. It is not Lakme now and there standards have really fallen down.

This place is good for pedicure and hairstyling only, makeup was so messed up, foundation wasn't blended properly, everybody said makeup is not good, they don't do waxing professionally, have zero experience, not good place nail extensions and art too. And they will ask for your pictures at the end even if you don't want to give you have to give anyway and they never mentioned this while booking appointment. Facial was good but my sister got nail scratches on neck because service provider had long nails. Not recommended for makeup, nail extensions, waxing and manicure.

They are not LAKME now. They are fooling on the name of lakme now. @lakme should take action on this as they are using the brand name. On Monday, I have booked for makeup. They said that they are lakme but when i was taking their makeup service then they said that partnership is over with lakme but the staff is same. When I was taking their service the staff is totally changed. They have done the worst makeup ever. I have to wash my face during the function. They are fooling on the name of lakme brand. I have taken many services from original lakme but they are using the brand name. LAKME should take legal action on this. I suggest not to get fooled. The owner of this salon is so rude. She denied every word. This is disappointed.

First time I went for party makeup, makeup was ok but I got skin burn with curler and it has been 3 months I still have burn mark over my brow. Second time I went there for hair color, spent 7k and ended up with a bad hair color and lots of hairfall afterwards. And I had to get my hair color fixed from another place because my wedding is coming up and the color needed to be fixed. So better not to choose Lakme. I went there because I trusted the brand and I already got hair color from Lakme Bangalore (multiple times) but here professionals are not good or skilled. So I just ended up wasting so much money by choosing this salon. Read the reviews before visiting this place.
