There're charging way more than standard MRP , Which is illegal I just got a product which costs 680-700 max With a MRP TAG but this store removes that MRP By thinner and write there own money with a marker With a 20% hike in that product I know we all have to earn but getting something beyond the MRP TAG IS NOT GOOD MY HONEST ADVICE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS IS TO ASK FOR THE ACTUAL PRICE

Matrix salon is one of the best in the Kapurthala they have experienced staff, all staff very good nature and helpful. I always visit for hairstyle, skin services and hair colour every time. Thank you so much provide beautiful services.

I recently visited Matrix saloon for a facial and waxing session. The esthetician was knowledgeable and explained each step of the facial, including the products used. My skin felt rejuvenated afterward, and the waxing was thorough with minimal discomfort. Loveleen (staff member) was so friendly and professional, making the entire experience relaxing. She were attentive to my concerns and customized the facial based on my skin type. I'll definitely be returning for more treatments, and I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for excellent service. Thank you Loveleen for doing great job.

I got my hairdo from them and I absolutely loved it, their service was amazing, staff was very friendly, the girl who did my hair name Komal, she was super sweet and hardworking and did my hairstyle the same way I asked for and it turned out even more beautiful than I expected. I definitely will visit them again for more services. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I would not give this place even one star, but have no choice , just cause I'm a foreigner doesn't mean you give a price over the phone and than add tripple times more to it in the salon, for same services discussed over the phone, 1200 for filling and 1500 for nail paint and rest for cleaning, are you kidding me?? This place is a total rip off.
