The Jawed Habib Salon (Kapurthala)

If possible i would have given 0 stars 1. There was no professional there ( i think the guy was in learning phase ). Please don't experiment on clients. 2. Manager didn't care even after telling him barber did a bad job

Worst experience one can ever have with there female staff !! ( kapurthala location ) {Special Mention} MALE STAFF is really good, they know what they are doing on client. Polite , humble , experienced and friendly. I got my hair colour services from one of the male staff , must say service were bang on !! Whereas FEMALE STAFF is just opposite. First, They were extremely disrespectful. I called prior coming to the store and booked my appointment for nail services and when i reached there salon , girls who worked there they were sitting in front of me doing nothing and still they were not taking me for my service. God knows what they were waiting for and after a long discussion and wait when they took me I had the worst experience with them. I can definitely say that they had no clue what they were doing with my nails . THEY SHOULD REALLY GET SOME PROFESSIONAL TRAINING BEFORE WORKING IN A PROFESSION SALON. THEY SHOULD NOT TRY THINGS ON CLIENTS FOR LEARNINGS.

Staff was ignoring i waited for 15 minutes but they didn't cut my hair also staff was also free. It was a very bad experience.

One of the best Salon in the town. Recently visited there for cutting and Padicure and really pleased with the service and comfort they provide.
