I had a negative experience at the salon. While the staff were pleasant, Vaishali's conduct was unprofessional and rude, demonstrating a lack of customer service skills.Her response, as you can see, demonstrates a considerable ego and displays rudeness. If she believes our feedback is unhelpful, why does she repeatedly request it, or is she simply seeking only positive feedback?

I went for my hair cut today,the owner yogesh Kumar was so professional and friendly, he shared useful tipsto manage my hair fall also recommended good hair treatment for my frizzy hair.totally satisfied with his working strongly recommended the place for all hair needs!cheers and see u soon!

I wish I can give Zero star or something in negative. I came here to take off my nails extension that I got done from Canada. Staff was good but the owner or the manager was extremly full of wrong attitude and with zero communication and customer service skills. Firstly she did not know how to take off nails, she started to pull my extensions off with some tools , i requested to use filer she starts explaining its gonna take long time . She kept on removing despite I kept on telling her it was extremly painful, then she called one of her staff to take off my nails. Whole process was extremly uncomfortable and painful . I never ever left any negative review but I have to post this . This is one of those salon who does not have basic knowledge of customer service. Still I wish them all the good luck and expect some improvement in their skills rather than leaving comment under my post
