Hey, I recently went to "Matrix Khanna (C.H.B) " and it was amazing! The stylists there are super talented and gave me a fantastic haircut. The salon has a trendy and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff was really friendly. I highly recommend giving it a shot!

Worst experience..!! As I lived in Australia and I visited to India. Someone suggest me to done hair smoothing from there. I have done hair smoothing as well as keratin treatment from there. They did both together as a package of 9500 and my all the money goes into vain because My hair got curled again in between 4-5 days and dry, roughness and it looks like I never had any treatment, they looks like same as before . They said they did keratin but I didn't trust on them because in keratin they needs to use steamer (spa thing) but they didn't used on my hair as well as they didn't use the cream formula (smoothing formula) twice, they just finished as soon as possible and all the staff busy in chatting no interest in customer. I am very fed up with the service and I need to tell them by face but unfortunately I flew back to Australia after 4days of my services otherwise I just tell them what they have done. I have my hair smoothing done twice before whenever I visited to India from chandigarh and always I have wonderful experience but this time worst worst..... worst..!! Worst service I got ever.

Worst hair salon I ever visited. Went there today , I asked for intense red. As show in the picture but It does not deliver the expected results. Instead guy there blamed me that I must have applied some base color on my hair which I didn't. After i complained they reapplied just there strips in put my hair under high heat light which was completely unbearable without asking for my permission. The color that they show in the color pallet and the color that comes out in your hair is completely different. Making customers fool. Please do not go there just a wastage of money and time.

I'm a student here and i adopted advanced makeup diploma and skin diploma. I learned so many things there.Moreover, the nature of the heads and the staff is very nice. This is a very good place for those students/ people who want to be professional makeup artist..........

I'm really impressed with their make service, staff is well trained , they did 9 ppl make up in 3 hour . Highly recommend for ppl from outside india , bcz they have good quality of products. They r well expert in their all services . Thanks matrix khanna
