Keshaaa - Luxury Unisex Salon in Kharar

Went randomly with my sister and mother in law to the salon and ended up loving their services and the vibe is too good. They are professionals and really know their job well. Amazing salon, finally found a good place in kharar. This will be my goto place when I am in the town. Special shoutout to Simran for facial And Ankita for nails and the lovely owner.

I had an excellent experience at Keshaaa Salon, I went in for a beard trim and haircut, and the service was top-notch. The staff was professional, friendly, and really paid attention to detail. Mr. Mani took the time to understand the style I wanted and executed it perfectly. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. I walked out feeling fresh and confident--definitely my go-to spot for grooming.

I had a terrible experience at this salon, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. Despite clearly telling the stylist multiple times that I did NOT want straight hair, they went ahead and did a treatment that straightened my hair by 80 to 90 percent. My hair is naturally thin, which they were fully aware of, but this treatment has left it completely flat, lifeless, and almost impossible to manage. The cut they gave me has no volume, and my hair now looks worse than ever. It's deeply disappointing to see how my trust was betrayed. This was not just unprofessional but also outright careless. If you care about your hair, I suggest you find a salon that actually listens to its customers because this one certainly does not. Save yourself the regret--I wish I had. Every time I style my hair, I feel disappointed, and to make things worse, they did a treatment that has completely ruined my hair. If you're considering going there, take this as your sign to stay away. They did call me after reading my review, but I'm not willing to take the risk again. I can't trust them with my hair after what they've done. Stay cautious and choose wisely! Replying to you guys I no longer trust your hairstylists, whether senior or junior, because they have clearly ruined my hair. It's not just about the texture,the treatment they did, Nanoplastia, was not required for my hair, and I never asked for it. Despite me repeatedly stating multiple times that I did not want anything that would straighten my hair, they still went ahead with it, which clearly reflects the unprofessionalism of your staff.
