Got my hair done from Abhishek sir with hair treatments and hair colour. Excellent service and very professional in their work. I got what i wanted each time. I would definitely recommend this place for any kind hair and skin service .

ZERO STARS Pathetic service. I had to attend a wedding and went for gel nails. My extensions came off on their own within just 2 days. Person who did nails was unprofessional and untrained. I went back and they told me they ll get my nails done again on the next day. Next day I went and they had no one available. They refunded the money. They wasted my time and ruined my event. Find a better salon guys. I would give 0 stars to them.

Hi all, I had to attend a marriage function and had called their salon in advance to book an appointment for lash extensions, as I had limited time. Initially, the owner invited me to come in an hour, assuring that they would accommodate me. However, during the session, they used a poor-quality glue for the lashes, causing irritation and infection in my eyes. The unprofessional staff at the salon displayed a lack of manners and professionalism. When I complained about the discomfort, they dismissively stated that I was complaining just to avoid paying. I endured this attitude until I requested them to remove the lashes due to severe irritation. Their response was unhelpful, claiming that they didn't know how to remove the lashes. This was a terrible and ignorant display of service from individuals who lack basic skills and decency. When I confronted them about their behavior, they threatened to circulate a video portraying a false narrative about our interaction. It has been six days, and my eyes are still recovering from the redness and irritation caused by their negligence. I believe legal action should be taken against such establishments to expose their incompetence. It's essential to stand against such unprofessional behavior and prioritize human decency over monetary concerns. Please share this experience to ensure that others are aware and can avoid the distress I went through.

Recently, I visit this salon for hair cut and hair styling. I love this experience. So I recommend this salon. I highly recommend Mr Guri.

The guy handling the booking through WhatsApp doesn't know how to talk to customers. When I asked for prices for a massage, he/she replied rudely and didn't explain the plans and prices properly. Please change this rude staff member, as he/she doesn't even understand English.
