Poor service, unprofessional staff behavior, and dishonest ownership have led me to give Palour Service a low rating. I recently purchased a package from Palour Service and made an advance payment. Despite my limited time, they accommodated me between 7:30-8:30 pm on the first day, likely because they required the payment. However, my subsequent visits were met with excuses and inconsistencies. On Sunday, Ms. Renu claimed staff shortages and asked me to return the next day, assuring me they would accommodate my availability. But on the third day, the owner falsely claimed staff unavailability due to an emergency and suggested I visit on Sunday or the next day. I returned on the fourth day at 7:40 pm, only to be told by Ms. Renu that it wasn't the right time for services. I pointed out the inconsistency, as they had provided services at the same time on the first day. Ms. Renu's response was unconvincing, stating that the staff needed to leave. I had informed them that I had a wedding to attend, but Ms. Renu prioritized serving customers who would make payments that day. I asked for a refund in front of other customers, and only then did they provide my remaining services. The inconsistency in their service timing, lack of flexibility, and owner's dishonesty were disappointing. As a customer, I expect better communication, service, and integrity, especially when I've made an advance payment.

Wonderful job done by all staff members and amazing experience ever had nice ambience and great Salon. I have ever visited, thank you, beauty and glamour for making my day special. Thank you for the make up.

Worst service.... Behaviour is very bad of owners... if u take booking from them . They ask ghar se aane vala vpaise lega . Shutter open karne vala v lega . So it is headache of client.... So think before u go there..... ridiculous sevice....

Worst salon ever... Dont ever buy coupon of this salon they never entertain u they keep on postponing your services that come next day despite taking appointment before coming.. worst owner i have ever seen who just dont know how to handle the clients.. i suggest no one should visit them as it would be waste of time and money as they wont entertain you specially if u have coupon

All services here are very good. Pankaj sir very good for hair (all hair color and styling). Staff very cooperative. Products used are good. Had a very good experience here.

I already bought nearbuy coupon which shows price for full arms and legs as 350/- but I went there and told them they asked me to come tomorrow. I requested them I need this urgent I ll pay you directly they told me to pay 550/- they are totally unprofessional.
