Very very bad experience, Neha was the one who came to provide service here, litterally she didn't done her job completely, i took 1800 rs package although she continously saying you should go for up package, and she even didnt know how to do wax or manicure/pedicure, again n again she did not want to do pedicure so that she wanted that i should drop my pedicure and we add 200 rs more in your facial service, alao she explained my package also that 500 for your facial 500 for waxing and 200-200 for classic manicure pedicure. It means 1400rs why you charged 1800 thenn?? Na hi pura saman tha iske pas, also she suggest me dont take pedicure service because you are pregnant mam. Are bhai pregnant hu isliye to le rahi qki apne pairo ki cleaning nahi kar paa rahi khud se. Facial me steamer tak nahi tha iske pas, manicure pedicure k liye shampoo tub kuch bhi nahi tha, chalo koi naat nahi upar se attitude hi attitude. Mai senior hu maine ladkiya rakhi hui h mai unhe bhejti hu but aaj mujhe aana para. Sach me bahut bura experience this was the first time now the last also, ha ek or baat ek complimentory add hua tha 10minute head massage par usne to maana hi nahi, maine kaha aap call kar k pucho she said call kise karun owner hi mai hu. I dont know aaj kya hua mere sath after paying 1800rs ididnt get any one of then service in right way, in the middle i asked to leave it if you dont want to do it, she said ok mam aap comfortable raho. I want to talk this parlour managemnet or owner if possible.

This is the first time that I have taken services at home and Ms.Khushi was assigned to me. She was just amazing like she has magic in her hands. Facial, bleach waxing everything was done in a great manner and pedicure was superb. I love all the services.thanks Ms. Khushi

Excellent service given by Khushi. I always used to book Urbancompany but due to some booking issue this time I opted for their service for the first time and don't regret it. I got arms and legs waxing, eyebrow upper lips, henna application done. Punctual, minimal calling, minimal talking, professional, finished job on time with efficiency, reasonably priced. Go for it!!

I took Manicure and Pedicure services from a very gentle and compassionate person of this parlour named Khushi di a few days ago. It was a nice experience . She really took her time to meticulously perform every step. She was very polite, professional and a kind - hearted lady. Do try their services !! You wont regret it !!!
