I can't give zero stars, I hope I could. They need to learn some customer service skills. Maybe they should shut down and rethink their business plan. They are on their way towards bankruptcy. You go there to get something done and they will start it. But then they will make you wait for twice the time to get to the next step. They have the crappiest time management skills. At this point, they need to go back to school and redo their kindergarten years. This is a DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! They do not value your time and money. They want you to work around the clock FOR them. Seriously!?! It's supposed to be the other way around. I am truly annoyed and with this type of service, they should just shut down. Maybe go back to academy and get re-trained. Out of all the salons I have been to, this is beyond worst.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I had such a worse experience at this salon Their workers don't know how to talk with the customers. They charge more than any other salons , but they do not work properly. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. However, if you will complain about their work, their workers won't accept that, but they will show you the attitude. ONE OF THE WORSE SALON IN KOTKAPURA
