Got a pedicure for the first time in over ten years and had it done by the master nail artist, Subhash, and he is definitely a master of his art. From de tanning to nail care to scrubbing to hydrating and massaging the lower legs and feet, he did a great job. Tanya was wonderful as well, very pleasant and professional. Seema did the facial, very good at what she does and very caring when I ended up having some irritation in my eye. Highly recommend and will come back for sure and ask for Subhash and Seema.

Very disappointed with the service. I would have given negative stars if i could. I got my nails and eyelashes done. They didn't do both of those properly. My lashes came off from one eye and nails started coming off with in a week. When I went back they fixed my nails but I didn't wanted my lashes done again so I got them removed they didn't even do that properly asked me to come twice and still couldn't remove it and said they will come off by itself. When I asked for compensation they said they will let me know and call me. As I was in hurry and my daughter was crying I had to leave. I waited for the call for weeks and they never call. When I called them they told me they will call me back. This happened couple of time. But finally I got to talk to the person and then she said we removed the lashes for you and we charge 3500 rupees for removing as well as for putting the lashes on. They act like they did me a favor for removing my lashes and redoing my nail. Not that they ruined it at the first place. I attended my cousin's wedding without half of the lashes on my one eye. I was still being nice and asking for compensation but she was very disrespectful. And told me she will call in 5 minutes and it's been week again now, they didn't call. Not recommended at all to anyone. Because if they mess up they won't take the responsibility.

The staff was very best. Baljeet did my hairs he was too good with it. I had a global colour and a hair cut and he did such a nice job ( other staff members also assisted him. Overall it was a nice and sweet experience. Thank you guys for having me here and treating my hair well . See you soon

Such amazing services and treatment I received at Headmasters. This is my second visit and it did not disappoint. Will be my go to Spa when visiting Ludhiana. I did a skin consultation session with miss karen before deciding which facial was best for my skin. She suggested a Repechage facial which did not disappoint. Pooja provided my service and she did the most amazing job. So happy to have her and she gave me the best customer service and experience. Next I asked for Head Spa, and got the best hair mask treatment and head massage from Gaganjot Singh. Also got a hair cut and style. Again, best customer service and attention to detail from Gaganjot. Thank you for such an excellent service and experience :). See you next time.
