The best experience at this salon. I got smoothing colour or botax treatment as my hair. perfect result and service by Dilpreet and Manpreet.both are professional charming stylists.i would recommend them for hair treatments.

The WORST saloon i've ever been to.They used DIRTY towels, NO CLEANLINESS at all. They dont even have appropriate products and equipments to use.

Person who did haircut was good and asked further questions to better understand my concerns about haircut and guided me accordingly but other staff was interrupting this process which is not good enough because it should be completed by the same person but in my case they were changing persons again and again during haircut and blow dry, which I found unprofessional because all of them were doing it in a different way which did not give the desired and proper results. No one even asked about customer satisfaction after every thing was done as I was left unattended and the person just ran away without saying or asking anything overall I would say the person who did my hair cut was professional but customer service and satisfaction is very poor. :(

Service is not good .. my hairs make dull by this saloon... After not give any response for solution.....

Went there on two consecutive days for a hair cut. First day they simply tried to chase me out that they didn't do hair cut for children (my 4 years old daughter). However, I met with one of the old employees there and asked him to give her a haircut. He mentioned that they were busy so I should come the next day. I understood that I came without appointment so I left. Next day I went with an appointment and they again said they were busy and couldn't give a hair cut. I traveled 17 km, after an appointment, just to know they did not have time for a customer. I am never gonna visit and neither I am going to recommend anyone. Although, I had visited around 3 years back and the staff then was very cooperative.
