Experience at this salon is worse .They do not know how to behave even they know their mistake . I went for hair colouring they charge me around 2500 just for hair color .i clearly show them vedios and images of color I want on my hairs for about 20-30 times again and again .they applied the product I want brown color on my hairs but when they wash my hairs the color was golden . It was worse and then I asked to change and asked them what is this ? They take the another color and applied on my hair . That color turned into red . They said you can come tomorrow . When I went again , they applied the color again which turned into orange . This was really embarrassing. They applied 3 colours in 24 hours which damage my all hairs . Even now I cannot comb my hairs properly these are so rough . Even I cannot change color because my hairs are so weak to handle any chemical . I cannot go out with such bad color .

My Hairs never had that Much Hairfall. I got my smoothning done from them. They burnt my hairs from center with High flame Iron and then they don't even say that accidentally it happened from us no sorry. They burnt my hairs and now So Mych Hairfall.. see my middle Head lost so many Hairs in week. Worst service spoiled my hairs.. Then we decided to get our refund for Shampoo mask and serum. We gave unused packaging back to them. Still they never gave our money bavk kept saying That Kamal mam is not here she will come in 15 minutes and Made us come like 2 times. And said us we will call You we will call you. But never heard any Call from them. Still didn't saw their kamal mam. I don't know where she is always. Wasted my Time and Spoiled my Hairs... So Bad service. When they want money Kamal Mam is always there when we want Money kamal mam never call back and never show Up. So Rude i never had this type of customer service ever In Canada.

The service is really good. Prabh mam was so quick and yet so efficient at this art. Highly recommend people to come here for salon services in Moga. Lovely service and the staff.

The customer service at this salon is the worst. Every appointment, whether it's for waxing, a facial, or for my engagement and bridal days, has been consistently delayed for 45 minutes to an hour. On my engagement day, I had to wait in the waiting area for about 45 minutes. When I finally spoke up and explained that I needed to get ready quickly because I was running late, a male staff member approached me and shouted at me in a very rude manner. I reminded him that I had made the appointment with a female staff member named Kamal who had been pleasant to deal with and never argued with me, even when I arrived late for a previous function. Unfortunately, the same thing happened on my wedding day. My Brother, sister and I were waiting outside the salon, and they assured us that they would be opening soon. When my brother brought up the issue with the person who claimed to be the owner of the salon, he shouted at my brother and caused a big scene on my special day. It's not just about the makeup; the staff lacks the necessary customer service skills to handle their customers properly....

They provide me very worst service. While doing smoothening and keratin they burn my hairs from the crown area of my head and after getting those treatments i got severe hair fall. They don't know the meaning of professionalism because when i went there for my hairs the staff was giving me head bath and the other staff washed his dirty hands on my hairs. Moreover they gave my hairs in the hands of their students and they damaged my all hairs while doing straightening.
