I visited first time after checking online. Don't come here for hair treatment. I got keratin treatment from them . I have really bad hair fall now . My hairs are dry ruff and very bad in condition . They didn't use proper technique for it. They have untrained staff. They don't have clean area inside . I saw brushes and comb over there that was not clean. They don't have clean stuff . I have very bad dandruff and itching after this treatment . They posted that they charge 3000 something for keratin and they charge 4500.I spend 2 hour over-there but I didn't see even 1 customer there. Very bad experience. I have this hair-fall after one comb.

This is what I got after paying 4000 rupees. Very unprofessional staff. They didn't helped me well and they let me stay for 30 Mins for washing hairs without applying any shampoo or conditioner and in the mean time they went to help their regular customer which is not acceptable. They should learn first come first serve. Girl who was looking sick her nails were really big as they were hurting whn she was washing my hairs. Later while washing, she didn't washed in the way it should be. She let the water go in my jacket and it was terrible. I informed them to use warm water twice and they didn't followed that. Then they didn't did proper silk treatmemt and later on they make excuses that your hairs are rough.. then why they said me that they will make it smooth ? I went there to make them smooth. I can feel rarely any difference in hairs. Better you try another salon. It's just unprofessional and new staff. Again the girl at front was nice she said she will do keratin and she did that but what's the use ???? I wasted my time and money both. Hairs are same as they were before. Worst in town

Today 1st time I visited this salon and I had a very good experience there. Staff is very professional, soft spoken n having good skills.
