Shaily was a girl there who done beautiful artwork on my nails, I really appreciate her work she patiently listened me and understood what i want on my nails.

My first experience was great which made me to visit 2nd time but it was not the same . This time I opted for hair treatment-rebonding. Young guy over there offered me to have hair botox to avoid chemicals because as per his analysis my hair did not look very healthy. I trusted his professional opinion but he totally deceived me. He did half rebonding in the name of hair botox. What he did was just applying relaxer (1st rebonding step) which breaks the bonds, therefore hairs turnout to be straight. To teach to uneducated Mr. hairstylist hair botox always includes sealing with flat iron which you never did. You think you can con unaware people who think of you as more knowledgable person. My question to you is if you had to serve me with same what I wanted initially & why could not you just tell me at first place just because you planned to do 1st step only. If you were genuinely concerned about hair condition of client, you should not have done this heavy formaldehyde chemical treatment, instead actually performed hair botox but I feel that you were too lazy for this hardwork of sealing & just simply do not know how to do this. So you damaged my already unhealthy hair when I came in for fix. Please stop advertising & recommending hair botox if you do not or cannot. I hope to back sometime to confront that illiterate person. That's not how you run business. Lies have no feet. Clients you think do not know will get to know sooner or later from here or there because it is not life time treatment. Client has to visit a salon after few months. Here you lose a regular client making him a one-time client. Not only this when client comes for hair services, she would like to get skin services at same place as well for coonvienience.
