Took their bridal service second time, amazing as previous. I normally don't like makeup done by other people but I can trust them. We all were looking so pretty . Thank you for making our day for beautiful.

I had an incredible experience at Matrix Salon Nabha! The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt warmly welcomed and well-cared for. The makeup artist Jaskaran, took the time to understand my concerns and created a beautiful makeup look that made my engagement day truly special.The salon itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped with the latest technology. Mehak , Irfan, Chandan and other staff members went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and provide me with all the information I needed throughout the process. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking expert makeup and other salon services.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this location. My brother arrived to pick me up at 6:50 pm, and the staff's behavior was unprofessional. One of the employees was giving strange expressions, and when a colleague asked if everything was okay, she silently communicated with him through body language that she wasn't leaving. They then both began laughing about the situation. When the guy noticed I had seen the exchange, he signaled to her to stop speaking as I was watching. This entire interaction made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. It's disheartening when customer service is handled in such a dismissive and unprofessional way. I hope management addresses this issue moving forward.
