I got a haircut and they were really sweet and nice with me ,they detangled my hair really softly and then my mother and my sister got hair wash and Botox respectively and they did an incredible job !!:)

Amazing services provided by Sunita Di. She is so gentle and did her job so well that you dont even need a reason to complain about anything. she is really great . She did my skin work . And i am amazed by the result . And not to forget for Hair services always ask for Akashdeep . he is so kind and will tell you everything about you hair concern. .He did my hair so well every time. The service here was amazing! I got hair smoothening and a hair botox treatment done. My hairstylist- Honey, spent a lot of time when doing my hair and did everything in great detail. My hair was damaged greatly from previous years of straightening, but now my hair looks and feels so much healthier! Not only did he complete my treatments- he also explained to me how to take care of my hair, which I greatly appreciate. I also got a facial done from Manju Ma'am and she made me feel so relaxed. Thanks to Lakme for the excellent services!

I went there for the very first time was little bit confused about the hair treatment I should get. But very impressed with services provided by Hair Stylist Jatinder and Harwinder. I got Hair rebounding done at this salon and my hair looks so beautiful. All the NRIs can come and trust this place for any kind of hair treatment. They're the best in town. I have been coming to this salon from long time. Every year the quality and professionalism of this staff dealing with clients become horrible. Today i visited the salon after a long time but again i left the salon with disappointment. This visit was my last visit. I came for hair colour they dont have hair stylist and making me wait for long time. After a wait they say you come tomorrow but they can tell me this thing before, whats a point of making me to wait for long, when i asked them i want to write my feedback then Manager by being rude declined my request nd they didn't let me pen down my feedback.Manager was super rude and lacking in the code of conduct. I think she needs more training to deal with customers politely and she has no right to stop me to give my feedback. When i used to visit the salon years back sometimes they force me write down good review for them and than out of courtesy i do that but as they start showing me lack of professionalism i understand why they push customers to write review for them. Worse salon ever to visit and i will let my friends not to visit this place having zero quality service with high charging amount.
