I had a very bad experience, I explained everything how I want my hairs but I didn't get how I wanted my hairs. Light was gone off for 30 to 45 minutes approximately nobody cared, I told staff many times check a light because they supposed to dry my hairs 25 minutes after putting a straightening cream. But they haven't cared about customer keep talking to each other and ignoring a customer. Staff asked me if I want anything to drink I requested a cup of coffee but I haven't got my cup of coffee in 3 hours of time. Very disappointed about service and my hairs feel so rough and dry. Doesn't look like I done hair treatment or keratin smooth. When I told them I am not happy with a service not paying full money than staff start doing arguing. Overall very bad experience. I was very exited to do my hairs but not happy at all after spending that much money.

Very bad experience... The owner doesn't get along well with the staff even though he doesn't have knowledge of the products and he doesn't know what is written in his customer's consent form. Customer service is horrible and at its worst. The owner should educate himself and all staff and if required give hospitality classes, on how to behave when the customer is on your premises. Staff is most of the time busy chit-chatting with each other with no care about customer service. It rather looks like a very small college premise than Saloon. Highly rude & unprofessional staff, Unconcerned & impatient behavior towards the customer. The worst experience I have done is hair rebounding and highlighting my hair. Can't tell you guys unprofessional behavior they did with customers no concern about clients they are in hurry and not listening to anything from the customer they stretchy their hair with full power and it's hurting me I told them to do it properly still they stretch very powerfully and painfully, they burnt my scalp also ear fill with cream during smoothening they didn't ask you whether customers are satisfied with service or not just hurry to catch up the customers. After all this, my hair is not properly done, and after 3 weeks my hair gets back to its old condition. Very poor service and management system. they just wait for payment. once it did their job is also done. The poorest experience is they don't even use genuine products plus the charges are skyrocketing for such poor service no quality no punctuality no professionalism nothing. So much waste of time with inexperienced manner less staff, which contributes a lot to the worst customer experience. They should end their business as soon as possible. I suggest not visiting them as it would be sacrificing your time and money for them both.
