Really bad service, please don't go there Staff doesn't know how to manage their clients. Management skills are 0/10. I spent more than 10,000 but 0% results Please please don't go otherwise you will waste your money and time. Highly disappointed

I visit to jacks saloon for party makeup is really have very good experience. They did awesome work . Staff is very friendly and frankly. Choose it for better services.

My visit to Jack' Beauty Salon was quite disappointing. The staff seemed inexperienced and didn't really know how to advise on the treatments. It felt like they were guessing rather than providing informed recommendations. They suggested both hair coloring and a spa treatment on the same day, which turned out to be a mistake. They applied the hair color first and then did the spa, which ended up ruining the hair color. Their lack of understanding about the processes led to this mess. They could have suggested doing the spa treatment another day, considering that the hair color could easily wash out during the spa session. Plus It was either they used poor quality hair colour or they didn't apply it well to the hair. It was evident that their knowledge about these procedures was limited, and their inability to recommend appropriate actions resulted in a disappointing experience for me. Their focus seemed to be on upselling services without considering the actual outcome or quality of the work they were doing. It felt like they were more interested in getting me to spend more money than ensuring a good, satisfactory result.
