While I see the ambience makes you feel luxury, the staff quotes different costs and products at the initial stage and contradicts their conversation at the end. What's more irritating is their un-openness to understand the problem. Why is the statement "agar paise zyada hai toh ye le lo" their patent statement. Remember 1. There are people who study "what to buy" and where to purchase either "online or in-person" for cost effectiveness. 2. The issue isn't money, it's paying extra for what they could have saved online. I would recommend listening to the customer too. Additionally, the Botox treatment was super uncomfortable. My hair was pulled badly many times. And I even got a slight burn on my head, fortunately! the mark is under the hair. But the treatment was more or less "to get done with the job". Customer felt uncomfortable: 100% Update: Rather than an apology, with an atitude they offered to send medicine. While the gesture is good i recommend being humble and apologize along with offering an aid

My first time in their salon .i went lil late almost closing time as I was on my business Trip from Delhi to pathankot but still they attend us and in a budget we got just like a WOW results. Just lil work to be done on management I found lil selected and wast selection on coustomer should be clear on rest everything is ok lovely soon will back to them

They did my nails without asking ki konse karne ha and when asked ki cuticles cut nahi kiye they were like hath me pain ha come on so professional saloon and ye sab and then second buff karke bina dust remove kite nails paste kar diye me vaha permanent nails ke liye gae the and they statrted putting temporary.... Even owner ke sath bhi worst ha experience ap jo customer aye ha unka openion suno to she dint even paid attention and even while cutting cuticles it stared bleeding

The worst experinece of my life. I got my nails done and the nails got damaged in 2 days. Highly overpriced and completely rude. The owner has no understanding of customer service. And the high prices are justified by saying that the infrastructure cost has to come from the services. No quality work one

Went for a root touch up which is priced @1500 which you can easily get for 800-1000 in a good salon. The hair dresser takes out single strands to show the length of the hair which are grey even if you have 3 or 4 they will pick it up and show you and ask for extra charges . Highly commercial extremely demanding extra for things which can be managed without any extra cost towards the salon . Not recommended

Salon goals. The vibes are cozy yet chic, Hands down the best salon service I've ever had. They really said, 'Let's make you feel like royalty,' and delivered! My personal favourite anita di and the owner are fab they make sure everything is flawless. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Worst Services, I ever had. They charge more than you book for your bridal makeup. Also the make up they did for my engagement was worst, patches and make up deposited on face in patches on several sides of face n neck even before leaving salon. They dont even bother to make you wear jwellery. You only need to struggle in your heavy outfit and wear it on your own, even in bridal makeup they charge extra for lashes n lenses which quite unethical. Worst staff and worst services i ever had
