Inspite of me telling a thousand times about how sensitive my skin is The staff managed to burn my underarms . Upperlips waxing i had asked which was super disaster She pulled a wax strip over my upperlips and i got burns which is gonna be permanent and highly painful and irritating! Its so hot in pathankot and my upperlips are burning with a dark mark over them . And trust me this was not the first time i was getting my upperlips waxed but never had ti face such a thing ! Needs to work on their professional skills and not just only socializing skills

Worst experience.... It was a nightmare .... They coloured my hair yellow and then they told we will apply a red on it now Then the colour Bottle got finished ... and then they are telling me as your hairs have volume ... we need more colour but we don't have more bottles ... I am crying since then..... I am never ever going to visit this or any other salon.... No trust now in any beauty services They don't know anything ... only experimenting Highly unprofessional !!!! Minus se bhi minus star nahi ... they need bashing's from public

Overall my experience was bad. The reason for two stars is because of the humble behavior of the staff. But, when it came to the haircut part, I am not at all satisfied. Considering the brand name, it is expected that the stylist is aware of the contemporary haircuts in trends. But I was highly mistaken.

Bad Experience With Javed Habib Pathankot, Need Improve premises environment and Need to hire skilled staff, No one offer water. Its basic ethics. I have bad experience with my hair cut and beard setting. Don't go javed habib in pathankot.

I got a deal of 2 facial (8 step) and 2 detan (4 step) + one bleach with one of the facials. Out of which 3 are done and detan is pending. Quality of work - 3/5 Staff named Nitish was brilliant but he has left. He only did one time. Car parking - 4/5 suffecient Ease of appointment and avaialbility - 5/5. They did agree to give appointment on short notice of as short as half hour. Professionalism: 1/5. There is no record making, no receipt system whatsoever. The owner forgot that their are 8 steps just a few moments after the purchase. She forgot that their are 4 steps in detan in next visit and forgot that their are 8 steps in facial in next to that. She just claimed that i may have forgotten and simply rubbished the idea. She is utterly unprofessional. Manners : 5/5 they are well mannered and talk politely. Cleanliness :5/5 I went again for last detan they again forgot and did only 3 steps. Owner is crook and unprofessional.

Very bad experience. Not as expected. Owner is very very rude dont even know how to deal with customer. Every month staff changed. She said its luxury salon but there is nothing like that. Only one professional in whole staff.

I have experience a very cooperative staff and do tell it's been a marvelous experience as I am now going to be their regular customer .... Good job Jawed Habib hair studio

I went their for some hair treatment but m very disappoint because they done with unprofessional way just show they know very well but in actual they only know how to make people foolish so in my opinion don't go with Jawed Habib Pathankot worst service
