The service is good. There is no issue in service and the staff. The reason of giving them 3 stars are owner behaviour and the aura of the salon. The owner is really rude. She is not at all welcoming. She gives the vibe of not retaining the customer. The aura of the salon is so depressing. There is no chill vibe like you are at a happy place. One type of spiritual songs always buzz the head. Due to these two things there service reviews are affected.

Worst experience ever.. booked them for my bridal makeup nd i told my skin is sweaty that's why i took signature look... mera makeup venue tak pahunchte hi khrab ho gaya...but that moment of time i felt so helpless nd i contact immediately to them but they don't care about bride's function spoil or anything. I had no way to handle that situation. I made big mistake to book them on special day. Never recommend to anyone.

Worst place ever for makeup.. Booked them for sangeet and bridal makeup but they completely ruined both.. Their hairstylists are too rude and won't listen to customer's preference.. Next day when I complaint about my sangeet look they said we didn't know that you had grand event.. Like seriously? You do makeup based on what? Gathering or type of makeup client booked for.. Even they ruined bridal look as well.. They put tape on dupatta to stay on head which is really hard to remove it breaks too much of hairs.. And their hairstylist first misplaced it on my head and removed it very harshly which completely spoiled my hairstyle.. After that she just put more spray and placed the dupatta again.. But that moment of time i was helpless as a bride you can't be late but they don't care.. They only want their payment they don't care about clients satisfaction.. Their Instagram is a scam don't just believe the reels for booking.. I made this mistake.. When they capture the video you can't even share the real feedback.. Because they capture video after payment when you're about to leave if you say anything negative there is a chance they could spoil your makeup and your special day.. Don't book this for your special day.. Their products are cheap and unhygienic. Worst experience ever

Such a beautiful makeup got so many compliments. It was so natural just like i wanted!! And mam cooperated with me in every step. Worth it!!
