I went there at 1.30pm today after prior talk with them in person on 6th.After 5 minutes a receptionist came and told me that the hair stylist had gone out and I have to wait for 20 min.After half an hour Iwas again asked to wait for one hour.And then one stylist Rohit started giving me Gyan about how busy they are.At 65 yrs of age and being adoctor I had to take Gyan from the busy indispensable Rohit.Sad state of affairs I must say.

I am a regular customer of this place. The service is very fine. Just one problem with the place that You need to book your appointment Two days before, but once You are on the chair, You will forget all the time You spent waiting for your turn. PS. Thank You Sundar bhai for the hair and beard cutting services. Regards.

Best saloon in Patiala modal town

I went there and there was no one sitting at the frontdesk to assist the customers. I sat there 30 minutes and finally stood up and asked one of the workers to see whatsup and how long will it take. The guy spoke very rudely and i still sat for 15 minutes more until a new guy came in and directly went and sat into the chair to get the haircut skipping the line. Zero customer service and the employees spoke so rudely. Do not recommend anyone new to go there.

I had a good experience with Gala beauty school... I really enjoyed d way of teaching technique..... Only thing is i could not understand d language much, could have used English language too.... Except i liked d class i really would like to join more classes Thank u very much for educating us about hair extensions

I got my nail extensions done about 2 weeks ago. The staff was polite. While prepping my nails i got a little blood and edges weren't that clean but overall still a good job done. The owner told me they take 15 day guarantee for nails and if anything they fix it without any cost and recommended to save the nails from hot water. On the the 8th day (which was the wedding day of my cousin for which i actually git my nails done) two of my nails just fell off even after not putting my hands in warm water. Next day one more nail came off. And all the nails edges were coming lose and i could see that they will soon fall off. I called the owner and asked her and she said they only guarantee 10 days and she would fix the three nails but other than that i would have to pay the cost. I explained her that even other seem like falling off soon and if she fix three some other will fall off. If didn't wanted to waste any more money so I decided to leave it there and not go. Today is the 16th day and my last two nails came off today. And few of the nails have turned green at places which mkes me worried a little for my nails now. I just wanted to share my honest experience for other people might using the nail services here.

Sundar is the best har stylist ... He remains totally booked due to his talent and sometime doesn't get time to attend all.. Over all good experience with the salon

The place is very appealing and staff is good... Reena mam is best for waxing .. she has magic in her hands .. she did it soo neatly and painless.
