Today I had the pleasure of getting my hair washed and dried by Rajwinder and it was phenomenal. Rajwinder gives the most relaxing head massage ever!! Had the worst salon experience ever. Went there for root touch up, olaplex and facial. Firstly the music was too loud (it seemed as if it was a gym and not a salon)and despite multiple requests they didn't lower the volume. Both on ground and first floor clients were getting keratin done and the entire hall was filled with toxic fumes. Ideally they should do such hair treatments in separate rooms and not make other clients who have come here for relaxation smell these gases. I even requested for a VIP room but none was available and i ended uk having a bad headache. For facial, i have very sensitive skin and despite informing them before hand... I had to quit it in the middle as i developed burning sensation over my face. While on the counter i was giving feedback to the manager, she was least bothered and didn't pay any attention. So i feel instead of being the part of a herd, one should choose the personally run salons for more customised treatment and most importantly a place where you are valued as a customer.
