"Over Promising and Under Delivering" I had specifically booked Bobby Brown/Celebrity make-up but what I received was far from what was promised. Instead, I was given what seemed to be the most basic (MAC) makeup service. When I raised my concerns with the makeup artist, I was told that they were using products that would "go with my skin". He in fact mentioned that other foundations like Fenty, Charlotte etc won't suit my skin type ( little did he know that I have been using these 2 on regular basis). This was never communicated to me beforehand, and I should have been given the choice rather than having my service altered without my consent. The products used caused a severe breakout on my skin, which has been extremely frustrating and uncomfortable. I am truly disappointed with the lack of transparency and the quality of service I received. I had high expectations based on the salon's reputation, but unfortunately, I feel that I was over-promised and under-delivered. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously to ensure better communication and service in the future.

Went for manicure and getting nails done. It took almost 4.5hours for very basic quality of both. The manicure made my hands so dry that i have to reapply hand cream every 2 hours now. The nails are not evenly done and already have started coming out from top within 3days and tangles with my hair. Took 3-3.5hrs for low quality nails and they did not even have nails colours of choice. The nail glue was not cleaned and finishing also not done properly. I went there because i had good experience with their former nail artist last year who is no longer with them. They let interns do your nails now. Highly unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone for these two services alteast. PS- the nails have started coming out already in just 2 weeks pulling the actual nails along. The finishing is so bad that I can't even tell- picture speaks for itself. Mere apologizing won't correct it, instead you should offer alternate service or some kind of money back. Please train your staff.

Got my hair cut for the first time here, Armaan did my hair cut, started off asking questions about how my hair wanted and all that, was pretty impressed with my haircut, as I was provided with what options I could work with. After that I got a head wash which was also pretty good, overall this was a better experience from the previous hairdressers I have got my haircut from.
