Highly unprofessional. I was late for the appointment by 10 mins and the receptionist was so rude. They did my waxing in a hurry and didnt even care if i was uncomfortable. Shouted so many times out of pain in between but they didnot listen. They didnot scan my coupon in the start(which was their mistake) and told me to pay extra which is wrong. I dont recommend this salon to anyone.

I have taken their services twice for saree draping, hair-do and make up. It has been very satisfying both the times. They invest proper time and energy into each of their clients and their charges are lesser than most of the salons there in Patiala.

Recently visited the salon and recieved excellent services. Entire staf is very well behaved and handle the clients with their politness especially Neha mam.
