Was my first experience in Patiala at Orane. Not very satisfied. I had smoothening treatment. At first time guy said it's costing me 7k including head wash after third day. I asked for cutting charges as I Already know that cutting is free of cost when we come to take head wash. While giving me treatment he said "MAM we will provide you complimentary cutting". The day I came For head wash he gave me cutting. When I was leaving I asked," Am I paying anything he said 500rs" for what as I already paid 7k. I was forced to buy shampoos. Because staff there was asking me to get more treatments. I told them that I don't have time but still they were insisting me to get treatment. Honestly I asked for final charges because I wanted to give TIP to the person who did treatment for my hair but he already added his tip charges himself. And while paying was saying ok I did less for you. Other staff helping not even nice to hairs. Kindly be fair to you clients. Sometime clients want to give you extra. UNSATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE
