Unprofessionalism on its peak. They are respectful no doubt but the keep talking to eachother and in the Waiting area so customers feel uncomfortable around this atmosphere. Cut is fire no doubts . No one is on reception it's a great place zoog deserves a receptionist. I know the owner he's a cool guy maybe that's why workers are taking the legacy of brand as granted

I'm in love with everything about this place! The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is so cozy ND inviting. Highly recommended. And shabd mam is the best ND friendly person. She's best makeup artist in this city .

They did my hair spa of so called loreal product in the ENZO box. When i ask them to prove me they simply said they cant and i felt something shady. Results are very poor. My hair did not feel soft at all instead they are very dry from ends now. Girl who did my threading her hairs were open and it keeps coming on my face. They need to train their staff properly how to greet a client. Even there owner were showing no concern for my doubt. Girl named raj who did my nails were awesome. This one star is for her and the other one for sir who did my hair but was handling my query calmly. Otherwise not going to visit here at all.

I usually get my hair done at Zoog. Robin is the best hair stylist I came across in Patti. He goes through every thick and thin to make his client happy. He never disappoints me. Keep rocking
